Animation + Illustration
During the Covid-19 pandemic Digital Collectables became a very popular form of digital art circulating the internet. Along with looking fun, I also though it would be a great creative outlet for me while spending so much more time inside.
Art for Art's Sake
I decided to create animations and list them online as NFTs. I created a few different series and centered them around things that I am passionate about. The first series I created was called Virtual Cuisines and included the 3 animated food dishes.
Methods
I decided that pursing this new art form would be a great opportunity to learn more about animating and digital art. I learned, not only how to draw on the iPad (Procreate,) but how to animate as well. I've become a MASSIVE fan of frame-by-frame animation in the process.
